Dozer CPM LLC Privacy Policy

Last Updated: May 12, 2025

Thank you for visiting Dozer CPM LLC's online and mobile platforms. When we say "you" or "your," we're referring to you, our reader, and any other visitors to our digital and mobile resources who are at least 13 years old. This privacy policy (also called "this statement" or "our statement") explains what personal information we collect, from whom we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with and why, and the steps we take to protect it.

Our "online and mobile resources" include our websites and other internet features that enable you to interact with our sites, as well as any apps we've developed and distributed for our customers and followers to access our content or engage with us.

For details on your California privacy rights, please refer to "THE CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT" section below.

About Dozer CPM LLC

Dozer CPM LLC is a company specializing in construction training and services. For residents of GDPR Jurisdictions (as defined later) and those covered by certain US state privacy laws, Dozer CPM LLC acts as the data controller for your personal data. If you're a California resident, Dozer CPM LLC is considered a "Business" under the CCPA.

Who We Collect Information From

We may gather personal information from various groups:

  • Visitors and users of our online and mobile resources.

  • Our customers.

  • Current employees and job applicants.

  • Third-party vendors and business partners.

Personal information generally means data that can identify you or be easily linked to you (e.g., your name, address, phone number, email, Social Security number, and birth date). Some privacy laws, like the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), broaden this definition to include unique elements for the consumers or data subjects they protect. If these laws apply to us, our use of "personal information" will encompass these broader definitions.

The types of information we collect from each group and how we use it vary. It's possible for one person to belong to multiple groups. This policy primarily focuses on how we process and share personal information from visitors, users of our online and mobile resources, and our customers.

What Information We Collect

We gather two main types of information from you online:

  1. Non-personal information: Automatically collected data from every visitor, such as your device's operating system.

  2. Personal information: Data you voluntarily provide or that is automatically collected.

By using our online and mobile resources or buying our products/services, you agree to this section of our privacy policy and our use and disclosure of your information as described.

Voluntarily Submitted Information

If you engage in certain activities on our online and mobile resources, you might be asked to provide personal details. This can include identifiers (like your name, email, physical address, and phone number), professional information (like your industry), and financial account information (like credit card details). We do not sell, rent, or trade this voluntarily submitted personal information to third parties.

If you prefer not to share this type of personal information, please do not provide it. This means you should avoid activities on our platforms that request or require it. You might choose to contact us by phone or mail instead. Participation is entirely your choice. Not participating may limit your access to some features of our online and mobile resources, but it won't prevent you from accessing information available to the general public. Here's how you might voluntarily provide us with personal information and how we use it:

  • Emails and Online Forms: When you email us or fill out an online form (e.g., to contact us), we save your email address and any other personal information in your message or attachments (like your home address or phone number). We use this to respond directly to you and process your request. Depending on the information provided, we might communicate via email, phone calls, or text messages. We may also send you information about our products or services that we believe you might find interesting.

  • Account Registration: When you create an account, you provide personal information like your name and email address, which we retain. We use this to set up and manage your account, and sometimes to establish a password and profile for email communication.

  • Event Registration: When you sign up for services, webinars, events, conferences, or programs hosted by us (not outsourced to a third-party event manager with their own privacy policies), you'll submit identifiers as described above. If there's a fee, we might also ask for credit card or other financial information. We use this data to register you for the event and send you related communications.

  • Becoming a Service Subscriber: We use information provided by our customers to fulfill our contractual obligations, deliver purchased products and services, manage their accounts, and communicate with them.

  • Social Media and Community Features: Some of our online and mobile resources may include social media-like community features, allowing users to post messages, comments, images, or other files. If you use these features, any information you post, including your screen name and other personal data, will be publicly visible and not protected by this statement.

Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our online and mobile resources, basic information is automatically collected through your web browser using tracking technologies like cookies. A cookie is a small text file downloaded to your computer or mobile device when you access our platforms. It helps us recognize your device and store preferences or past actions.

We permit third-party vendors to use cookies or similar technologies to gather information about your Browse activities over time after you've used our site. For example, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service from Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies to help us analyze your use of our online and mobile resources and improve your experience. For more on how Google uses this data, visit www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/. You can opt out of Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We also use data analytics from our CRM Nutshell. See their privacy policy here: https://www.nutshell.com/privacy-policy.

The internet activity information collected via cookies and similar methods includes: the domain name and IP address from which you accessed our resources; your browser type and operating system; the date, time, and duration of your visit; specific pages viewed, graphics, and downloaded documents; links you clicked from our resources to other sites; and links from other sites you used to access our resources.

Additionally, if you access our online and mobile resources from a phone or other mobile device, your mobile service provider might send us uniquely identifiable mobile device information, allowing us to collect phone numbers and link them to your device ID. Some mobile phone providers also have systems that pinpoint device locations, and we may receive this data if location services are enabled on your device. To prevent us from collecting and using geolocation data, disable location services in your device settings.

Regardless, we use both automatically collected information and mobile device information to generate general reports about popular pages on our online and mobile resources and to see how our customers and followers access them. We then use this data to manage and improve our online and mobile resources, make your activities more convenient and efficient, and enhance functionality (e.g., by remembering your information to save you time).

We use and keep your personal information in line with applicable law and only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described above, following our internal data retention policies.

We will also keep Usage Data for internal analysis. Usage Data is generally kept for shorter periods, unless it's used to enhance security, improve our services, or we are legally required to retain it longer.

User Beware: External Sites, Apps, Links, and Social Media. We maintain a presence on external social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. We may also allow features of our online and mobile resources to connect with or be viewed from these external social media presences. Similarly, our online and mobile resources may link to other websites or apps controlled by third parties.

We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of social media platforms or any third-party sites or apps we link to. These apps, sites, and platforms are not under our control and therefore have their own privacy policies and terms of use. If you have questions about how they collect and use personal information, you should review their privacy policies carefully and contact them directly.

How We Use Your Information

Dozer CPM LLC may use the information we collect from and about you for various business purposes, generally to provide and improve our services, enhance customer experience and engagement, and develop new services. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Therefore, we will process your data only in accordance with applicable data protection law and this Privacy Statement.

We will have a legal basis for processing your data if:

  • We need to process your information to provide you with the requested products or services or to enter into a contract.

  • You have agreed to such processing.

  • We have a legitimate interest in processing your data—for example, for fraud prevention, direct marketing, network and information systems security, data analytics, improving our services, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, and personalizing advertising and the service to make ordering easier and faster.

  • We are legally required to process it.

We may use all information we collect from you for the following customer service and transaction-related purposes:

  • To deliver the requested services to you.

  • To manage your account.

  • To personalize your experience, helping us better respond to your individual needs.

  • To improve our website based on your feedback and information.

  • To diagnose server or service issues.

  • To improve customer service, helping us more effectively address your requests and support needs.

  • To process transactions, such as purchases and subscriptions.

  • To use and disclose your credit, debit, payment card, or other financial information solely for payment processing and fraud prevention.

  • To administer contests, promotions, surveys, or other site features.

  • To develop new products or services and enhance existing ones.

  • To send regular emails about service updates, orders, and/or subscriptions.

  • To safeguard the security or integrity of our services and business, such as by preventing fraud, unauthorized transactions, claims, and other liabilities.

We may use your information for the following commercial purposes:

  • To send you marketing and promotional emails.

  • To target prospective customers with our services (this targeting is only done with your explicit permission where required by law).

We may also use information you provide for other purposes as disclosed at the time you provide your personal information or with your consent.

When and With Whom We Share Personal Information

We use voluntarily provided personal information to answer your questions and provide requested services, among other uses detailed below. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third-party data vendors or marketing companies. As expected, we disclose your information when legally mandated.

Affiliates. We may share your information, including personal information, with our affiliated companies. These companies will generally use this information in the same way we do under this privacy statement, which includes sending you information about their products, services, or initiatives that might interest you.

Legally Compelled Disclosures. We may disclose your information, including personal information, to government authorities and other third parties when legally compelled to do so, or at our discretion, or as otherwise required or allowed by law (e.g., in response to court orders and subpoenas).

To Prevent Harm. We may disclose your information, including personal information, if we believe someone is harming or interfering with our rights or property, other users of our online and mobile resources, or anyone else who could be harmed by such activities.

Business Transfer. If we or any of our affiliates, or substantially all of our or their assets, are acquired by one or more third parties through an acquisition, merger, sale, reorganization, consolidation, or liquidation, personal information may be among the transferred assets.

Vendors and Business Partners. We may share your information, including personal information, with our vendors and other third parties with whom we have a contractual relationship. We may also share your information with vendors who provide third-party software services that you've chosen to assist you. We strive to disclose only the necessary information to each party.

We have established standards for vendors and business partners who receive personal information from us. We try to bind them to these standards through written contracts. We also attempt to contractually restrict what our vendors and business partners can do with the personal information we provide, ensuring it's used only as needed for the agreed business purpose, not disclosed to others without our consent or instruction, remains our property, and isn't transferred outside the United States without our permission.

However, please note that we cannot guarantee all our vendors and business partners will agree to these contractual requirements, nor can we ensure full compliance even when they do agree.

Email Communications, Newsletters, and Marketing

We may use your personal data to send you newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we believe you'll find interesting. You can choose to stop receiving any or all of these communications from us by clicking the unsubscribe link or following the instructions in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.

Payments

We may offer paid products and/or services within our Service. In such cases, we might use third-party services for payment processing (e.g., payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. This information goes directly to our third-party payment processors, whose use of your personal information is governed by their own Privacy Policy. These payment processors comply with PCI-DSS standards, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure secure handling of payment information.

Your Rights and Choices

You may need to provide personal information to access most features of our online and mobile resources. Additionally, you can opt out of certain activities, such as newsletters and announcements. Residents of California and EU data subjects whose personal information was obtained while they were in California or a GDPR Jurisdiction, respectively, have additional rights.

When you access your account on our Services, you can change certain information about yourself, such as your billing or shipping address and telephone number.

Emails: If you've consented to receive direct marketing from Dozer CPM LLC, we provide an option to opt out of our marketing communications or change your preferences. You can do this by clicking a link in the footer of all non-transactional emails from us or by emailing support@dozercpm.com. Some communications are considered transactional or service-related (e.g., account notifications and billing information). To ensure you have accurate information about your account and purchases, you cannot unsubscribe from these messages.

GDPR Jurisdictions include countries within the European Economic Area (Iceland, Lichtenstein, and Norway) and Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Furthermore, Andorra, Argentina, Canada (commercial organizations only), Faroe Islands, Guernsey, Israel, Isle of Man, Jersey, New Zealand, Switzerland, Uruguay, and Japan have received an "adequacy decision" from the European Commission, meaning they adhere to the core terms of the GDPR. Switzerland also has its own data protection law, the Federal Act of Data Protection (DPA).

The GDPR no longer governs the United Kingdom. Since the UK has formally left the European Union, its domestic data privacy is now regulated by the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (UK-GDPR).

If we're using personal information you provided to send you materials like newsletters or product alerts via text or email, and you decide you no longer want to receive them, you can opt out by following the instructions in the email or other communication (e.g., replying "STOP" to a text) or by contacting us using the information below. We will take reasonable steps to remove your name from our distribution lists. Please understand it may take some time for your name to be removed, and you might still receive materials for a short period after opting out due to this delay. In addition to opting out, you can access, amend, and delete your personal information by contacting us via the details provided below.

Some browsers offer a "do not track" feature that tells websites you don't want your online activities tracked. Currently, we do not specifically respond to browser "do not track" signals.

Children's Privacy

Federal law imposes specific rules on commercial website operators targeting and collecting information from children under 13. We take these age requirements very seriously and do not intend for our online and mobile resources to be used by children under 18. If we learn that anyone under 18 has submitted personal information to our online and mobile resources, we will delete that information and not use it for any purpose. If you believe someone under 18 has submitted personal information to us, please contact us at support@dozercpm.com. We encourage parents and legal guardians to discuss the risks of providing personal information online with their children.

How We Protect Collected Personal Information

We will implement all reasonable security measures to protect the personal information you provide to our online and mobile resources. We have a security program that includes technical, organizational, administrative, and other safeguards ("Security Program") designed to protect against anticipated or actual threats to personal information, consistent with accepted industry standards and applicable law. However, we cannot guarantee that your information, whether during transmission or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care, will be free from unauthorized access, or that loss, misuse, destruction, or alteration will not occur. Except for our legal duty to maintain the Security Program, we disclaim any other liability for any theft or loss, unauthorized access or damage to, or interception of any data or communications, including personal information. We believe our Security Program is reasonable and appropriate for our business and the nature of foreseeable risks to the personal information we collect. We regularly review and update our Security Program, including as required by applicable law.

As part of our Security Program, we have specific incident response and management procedures activated whenever we become aware that your personal information may have been compromised. We also require our vendors and business partners to immediately notify us if they have any reason to believe an incident adversely affecting personal information we provided to them has occurred.

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

When we collect personal information from California residents, we are subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and those residents have rights under it. This section explains our CCPA obligations and your CCPA rights. For this section, "you" and "your" refer only to California residents.

What Information Did We Collect from California Residents?

We collect the following categories of personal information: identifiers (e.g., name, address, IP address, similar identifiers); personal information as described in California Civil Code Section 1798.80(e) (California customer records statute), such as name, address, phone number, credit card number; commercial information (e.g., products or services purchased); internet/electronic activity (e.g., Browse history, search history); geolocation data (including geographic coordinates/physical location); and audio, video, electronic, or other similar information. We may disclose this information for one or more business purposes permitted by the CCPA. We do not sell, and have not sold in the last 12 months, personal information to third parties.

Rights of California Residents

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request the following:

  • Access: Up to twice per year, you can request that we disclose to you: (1) the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected from you; (2) the sources of that personal information; (3) the business or commercial purpose for that collection; (4) the categories of personal information we have disclosed for a commercial purpose; and (5) the categories of third parties with whom we have shared your personal information.

  • Deletion: You may also request that we delete any personal information we have collected from or about you. There might be instances where we cannot fully comply with your request, such as if we need the personal information to complete a transaction for you, to detect and protect against fraudulent and illegal activity, to exercise our rights, for our internal purposes, or to comply with a legal obligation.

More information can be found here. It is important to us that you know that if you exercise these rights, we will not "discriminate" against you by treating you differently from other California residents who use our sites and mobile resources or purchase our services but did not exercise their rights.

To exercise your rights under California law, contact us at support@dozercpm.com. We may ask you to complete a request form. The CCPA only allows us to act on your request if we can verify your identity or your authority to make the request, so you will need to follow our identity verification instructions.

If you make a verifiable request as described above, we will confirm receipt and respond within the timeframes prescribed by the CCPA.

Virginia Residents

If you are a Virginia resident, you may exercise certain privacy rights under Virginia Code § 59.1-577. For example, you can request to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Because "selling" personal information and engaging in "targeted advertising" are defined in Virginia law, you may also opt out of such sales or targeted advertising. You have the right to appeal a denial of your privacy rights. To exercise any of your Virginia rights, or to appeal a denial, please contact us at support@dozercpm.com. We may ask you to fill out a request form. We can only act on your request if we can verify your identity or your authority to make the request, so you will need to follow our identity verification instructions. If you make a verifiable request as described above, we will confirm receipt and respond within the timeframes prescribed by Virginia law.

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

We do collect personal information from data subjects located in the GDPR Jurisdictions. We fulfill our GDPR obligations concerning our customers (and their own end-clients), vendors, and business partners through separate notices, contracts, or other terms provided at the time and in the manner and form required by GDPR and local law within each GDPR Jurisdiction.

In the following section, we describe how we comply with GDPR for personal information collected from visitors and users of our online and mobile resources while they were in a GDPR Jurisdiction. Therefore, for this section, "you" and "your" refer only to such GDPR Jurisdiction-based visitors and users.

What We Collect from You in GDPR Jurisdictions and How We Use It

We collect the categories of personal information already described. The lawful basis we rely on for such collection, subsequent use, and disclosure is what GDPR refers to as "legitimate interest." As stated elsewhere in this policy, we do not sell any of your personal information to third parties, nor do we use it for automated decision-making.

Cross-border Data Transfers and Third-Party Processors

If we transfer personal information from GDPR Jurisdictions to a location not deemed by the European Commission to have adequate privacy protections, we do so in the manner permitted by the GDPR.

Rights of Data Subjects in GDPR Jurisdictions

While we aim to allow all visitors and users of our online and mobile resources to control their personal information to some extent, under GDPR, we have a legal obligation to do so for you. Specifically, regarding personal information collected from you while you were in a GDPR Jurisdiction, you have these rights: transparency, access, correction and deletion, portability, knowing who, what, why, and where your data is used, and restriction/objection (for more information, click here).

If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact support@dozercpm.com. Your ability to exercise these rights is subject to certain conditions and exemptions outlined in Articles 12 through 23 of the GDPR. Among these conditions is our right to decline part or all of a request if we cannot reasonably verify your identity in a way that minimizes the risk of unauthorized persons using a GDPR right to access your personal information. We will respond to all requests without undue delay and according to any timeframes prescribed by the GDPR. If you are not satisfied with how we use your personal information or respond to your requests, you have the right to complain to your data protection regulator. Contact information for EU data protection regulators can be found here.

How We Use Online Tracking Technologies and Advertising

We, along with certain service providers and other companies, may gather information about your online activities, and activities on devices linked to you. This happens on our websites and apps, as well as on third-party sites and apps. We use various tracking technologies for this, such as cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits (SDKs), application programming interfaces (APIs), and web beacons. We might collect this information whether or not you're logged in or registered, and we may connect this tracking data to your registration account if you have one.

We've provided definitions for some of these tracking technologies and information about your choices below. This tracking data serves several purposes, including:

  • Simplifying your experience: We use this data to offer helpful features when you return to our sites and apps, like remembering your shipping details for future purchases.

  • Delivering relevant content and ads: We tailor content and advertisements based on your preferences, how you use our platforms, and your location.

  • Improving our services and advertising: We monitor, evaluate, measure, and optimize how our sites and apps are used and how effective the ads you see are.

  • Analyzing traffic: We analyze how users interact with our sites and with third-party sites.

We may use your personal information to show you relevant marketing and advertisements on our own platforms and on third-party sites and apps. We might share limited personal information, like certain identifiers or your hashed email address, with social media and other platforms. They then match this information with their customer profiles. Based on this, these platforms may show you our ads, find other users who might be interested in our ads, prevent you from seeing our ads, and give us insights to help us optimize and better target our advertising efforts.

Your Privacy Choices: Opting Out

Some states give residents, or their authorized representatives, the right to opt out of the "selling" or "sharing" of their "personal information," or of "targeted advertising" based on their "personal information." To submit an opt-out request, you can click the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link found in our website footers or within our application settings. Please be aware that your opt-out choice applies only to the specific digital property, device, and browser you're currently using. If you access other digital properties belonging to The Walt Mastermind Law Group Family of Companies, you'll need to make a separate opt-out selection for each. Also, if you clear your browser's cookies or use a different browser or device, you might need to opt out again. Importantly, you can also choose to provide the information requested in our opt-out form. This may allow us to apply your opt-out request more broadly than just to a specific digital property, even to properties where you are an authenticated guest. If you are a Mastermind Law Group member, you can opt out in your account settings on the Mastermind Law Group website.

You can also directly opt out of targeted advertising with many ad networks and partners, data exchanges, and various digital advertising and marketing service providers. You may also be able to control targeted advertising on other websites and platforms you visit. Additionally, you can manage the targeted advertising you receive within applications by adjusting the settings and controls on your devices. We comply with the Digital Advertising Alliance’s Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising.

Understanding Online Tracking Technologies

Here are some examples of online tracking technologies:

  • Cookies: These are small pieces of data that a website stores on your computer's hard drive when you visit. Cookies can transmit information between us and you, or to another party on our behalf, or to another party according to their privacy policy. We may use cookies to combine information we collect about you. You can set your computer to warn you every time a cookie is placed on your device, or you can choose to block all cookies. You do this through your browser settings. Each browser is a bit different, so check your browser's Help menu to learn how to modify your cookie settings. If you disable cookies, you won't have access to many features that make your experience more efficient, and some of our services may not function properly.

  • Web beacons and marketing pixels: These are tiny bits of data embedded in images on website pages. They can transmit information directly to us, to another party acting for us, or to another party based on their privacy policy. We may use web beacons or marketing pixels to combine information we collect about you.

Opt-Out Preference Signals and Do Not Track

You, or your authorized agent, may choose to enable a universal online tool, where available, that automatically communicates your opt-out preferences, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC). We will treat the GPC signal as an opt-out request.

Opt-Out Form

Some states grant residents the right to opt out of the "selling" or "sharing" of their personal information, or of "targeted advertising" based on their personal information. To submit a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information or of targeted advertising, you can copy the information below and email it to support@dozercpm.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information."

By submitting the form below via email, you will be exercising your "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" right and/or your right to opt out of targeted advertising.

Authorized Agent Requests

You may authorize someone to submit a privacy rights request on your behalf (an authorized agent). Authorized agents must show proof that you've given them permission to act for you or demonstrate they have power of attorney as per applicable probate law. Dozer CPM LLC reserves the right to ask you directly for confirmation that the agent is authorized to make such a request, or to ask for additional information to verify the agent’s identity. An authorized agent is prohibited from using a consumer’s personal information, or any information collected from or about the consumer, for any purpose other than to fulfill the consumer’s requests, for verification, or for fraud prevention.

Rights of Data Subjects in Other Jurisdictions

In other jurisdictions with similar data privacy regulations, we may collect the categories of personal information already described. We collect and manage (including disclosing) such data in compliance with applicable local laws. As noted, we do not sell any of your personal information to third parties, nor do we use it for automated decision-making.
